Pay it Forward

As members of the WVU Law Class of 2026, we are committed to leaving the law school better than we found it. Our class gift, the Jennifer Powell Book Fund, is designed to create lasting, need-based support for future students. By establishing a permanent fund, we aim to generate annual book scholarships for students who need them most, ensuring that the cost of textbooks is not a barrier to success.

This fund honors Jennifer Powell's decades of service to WVU College of Law Students and reflects the values she has championed: public service, access to justice, and student well-being. Contributions to the Jennifer Powell Book Fund do more than support a single event or year​--they build infrastructure that will serve students for generations. Through this effort, the Class of 2026 is proud to create a legacy rooted in opportunity, honor, and community.
